Basel, 22/3/2017: Guest lecture on “Judicial Perspectives on Brexit”
Organised by the PhD Programme “Recht im Wandel/Law and Change” held by the Honourable Jeremy Stuart-Smith, serving Judge at the High Court of England and Wales.
The lecture will cover the various pieces of litigation that have been generated by the decision to leave the EU, as well as a section on the likely impact upon the English legal system.
